Developers & companies

Present your estates and units under your company name, with documents buyers can trust.

6 stepsAbout 12 minutes

What you'll need

  • A company account (company name and CAC number)
  • A Level 3 director or officer to own the account
  • C of O, survey plan and approvals per estate or plot

By the end you'll have

  • A branded public profile and listings
  • Estate plots and units that earn the verified badge
  • A repeatable way to handle enquiries and viewings

Step 1 of 6

Register as a company

Choose A company at sign-up and add your company name and CAC registration number.

  • Pick the Developer profile (and Seller if you sell units or plots).
  • Your company name becomes your public name on listings and your profile page.
  • The public sees your company name. Your own name is visible to staff, and to the other party on any invoice you issue.
Create a company account
Company name and RC number appear when you choose A company.

Step 2 of 6

Verify the account holder

A named, accountable person stands behind your company.

  • The person who owns the account completes NIN, BVN and the liveness check to reach Level 3.
  • The CAC number is recorded for staff. Automated company-registry checks are on the roadmap.
Open verification
All three checks green means you can publish.

Step 3 of 6

Plan your listings

Each unit or plot is its own listing, so buyers can compare and book individually.

  • Use the right type: Land (with sub-types like Estate plot and Residential plot) or House / Apartment.
  • Give units distinct titles with the estate name and plot or block, but keep exact addresses private.
  • An account can hold up to 50 listings by default; staff can raise it.
Choose the property type first.

Step 4 of 6

Prepare estate documents

A green badge on every plot is the strongest sales tool you have.

  • For sale: Certificate of Occupancy, Deed of Assignment, registered Survey Plan, Governor's Consent, plus planning approval for built units.
  • Optional extras that add confidence: Excision / gazette and purchase receipts.
  • Where one parent title covers many plots, upload the relevant pages for each listing so reviewers can match them.
Essential and optional documents, with verification status.

Step 5 of 6

Add media, set viewings, publish

Show off the estate and make it easy to visit.

  • Upload site photos or renders, and a 3D scan or video walkthrough of a show unit.
  • Set viewing windows for your sales team, with enough notice to prepare.
  • Publish from the final step. Buyers with a matching saved search are alerted instantly.
A video or 3D tour lifts enquiries.

Step 6 of 6

Work the enquiries

Viewing requests, chats and invoices work exactly as for owners.

  • Confirm viewing requests promptly. Confirmation shares the address and gives you the visitor's contact details.
  • Use chat for questions and negotiation; issue an invoice to agree payment terms. Contact details unlock at that point.
  • Track everything from the dashboard: live listings, views, saves and chats.
Portfolio performance at a glance.

That's the whole journey.

Common questions

Can my sales team have their own logins?

Every account belongs to one verified person. Team accounts are on the roadmap; until then each team member can register as an agent and list with a letter of authority from your company.

Does the company name show everywhere?

Yes: on cards, the listing page and your profile. Individual names are not shown on listings; the other party sees the account holder's name on invoices.

Can I list hundreds of plots?

The default limit is 50 listings per account and can be raised by an administrator.
